2. Products & Services

Royale Jewelers offers high-quality jewelry suitable for all, including services such as cleaning, repairs, custom work, restoration, and engraving.

3. Returns & Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges only within the first 30 days of purchase.

  • No refunds will be issued for any reason.

  • Items must be in their original condition, unworn and with all original packaging to qualify for an exchange.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect. If an item is defective or incorrect, customers must provide clear photos of the issue and contact our customer service team within 7 days of receiving the order for further assistance.

4. In-Body Jewelry Policy

  • For health and safety reasons, all sales of in-body jewelry are final. No refunds or exchanges will be accepted. This includes earrings, nose rings, belly rings, and any other jewelry designed for body piercings.

5. Custom Orders

  • Custom-made jewelry, including personalized and engraved items, cannot be exchanged or refunded.

  • All custom order sales are final.

6. Payment

  • We accept Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover, Affirm, Klarna, and PayPal.

7. Shipping & Processing

  • Orders typically process within 1-3 business days. Custom orders may require additional time.

  • We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Expedited shipping options are available at checkout.

  • Shipping is available in the United States and Canada.

  • Please allow 3-6 weeks for delivery of custom items.

  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments once they leave our facility.

8. Warranty & Repairs

  • We stand behind the quality of our jewelry. If you experience any manufacturing defects, please contact us within 30 days of purchase for assistance.

  • Factory defects are covered within 3 months. Damages outside factory defects are eligible for discounted in-store repairs.

  • This warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, accidental damage, or improper care.

  • Prices are subject to change without notice.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order due to pricing errors, fraud concerns, or other unforeseen issues, such as supply chain disruptions, website malfunctions, or compliance with legal regulations.
