Exchange Policy – Royale Jewelers

We offer exchanges only—no refunds for change of mind, subject to your rights under applicable law.

Online Exchanges

Contact us to request an exchange within 14 days of delivery.

Eligible items must be:

  • Unmodified and not engraved

  • In new, unworn condition

  • Accompanied by original packaging, tags, certificates supplied with the item, and proof of purchase

Made-to-order wedding bands qualify for exchange when they meet these conditions. Selecting a standard size, gold color, or available design in our wedding-band configurator does not by itself make the band ineligible.

Exclusions

The following are final sale for change-of-mind returns and exchanges:

  • Personalized or engraved items

  • Jewelry modified after purchase, including resizing, alteration, or engraving

  • Custom or specially commissioned jewelry other than eligible made-to-order wedding bands described above

  • Earrings and body jewelry, for hygiene reasons

  • Repairs and restoration services

Requesting an Exchange

Call 626-813-3900 with your order number to request authorization and return instructions before shipping your item back.

Use insured, trackable shipping and retain your tracking and insurance details. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind exchanges. If your item is faulty or incorrect, contact us before returning it so we can assist.

Restocking Fees

A restocking fee may apply depending on the product. It is not charged on every exchange. Any applicable amount or rate and the conditions for the fee will be disclosed before purchase.

In-Store Purchases

Eligible in-store purchases may be exchanged for store credit or another item of equal or greater value within 14 days of purchase. The condition requirements and exclusions above apply.

Faulty Items, Warranties and Your Rights

If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us promptly with your order details and photos if available.

Manufacturer warranties apply where available.

This policy does not limit your rights under applicable law, including any required refund, repair, or replacement for faulty or incorrectly supplied goods, or cancellation and refund rights for unshipped orders where required by law.
