Exchange Policy – Royale Jewelers

At Royale Jewelers, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we sell. Please note that we offer exchanges only — no refunds.

Exchanges

  • Eligibility: Items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

  • Condition: Items must be in new, unworn condition, with original packaging, certificates, and tags.

  • Exclusions (final sale, no exchange):

    • Custom jewelry, special orders, personalized/engraved items, repairs, and restoration services

    • Earrings and body jewelry (for hygiene)

    • Modified/altered jewelry after purchase (e.g., resized, engraved, customized)

Online Purchases

  • To start an exchange, email support@royale-jewelers.com with your order number.

  • Please ship the item back using insured, trackable shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Royale Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.

In-Store Purchases

  • In-store purchases may be exchanged for store credit or another item of equal/greater value within 14 days.

Warranty & Repairs

  • Manufacturer warranties apply where available (e.g., Swarovski, select watch brands).

  • Custom work, engravings, and repairs are final sale.
