At Royale Jewelers, we stand by the quality and craftsmanship of every piece we sell. Please note that we offer exchanges only — no refunds.
Exchanges

Eligibility: Items may be exchanged within 14 days of purchase or delivery.

Condition: Items must be in new, unworn condition, with original packaging, certificates, and tags.

Exclusions (final sale, no exchange):

Custom jewelry, special orders, personalized/engraved items, repairs, and restoration services

Earrings and body jewelry (for hygiene)

Modified/altered jewelry after purchase (e.g., resized, engraved, customized)

Online Purchases

To start an exchange, email support@royale-jewelers.com with your order number.

Please ship the item back using insured, trackable shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Royale Jewelers is not responsible for items lost or damaged in transit.
In-Store Purchases

In-store purchases may be exchanged for store credit or another item of equal/greater value within 14 days.
Warranty & Repairs

Manufacturer warranties apply where available (e.g., Swarovski, select watch brands).

Custom work, engravings, and repairs are final sale.
