At Royale Jewelers, we take great care in securely packaging and delivering your jewelry. Please review our shipping policy before placing your order.

1. Processing Time

  • Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

  • Custom jewelry, engraved pieces, and special orders may require additional time.

  • Most items will be completed and shipped within 2 weeks. However, some items not specific to any one order may take up to 4 weeks. Customers will be notified if additional time is required.

2. Shipping Methods

  • All orders are shipped via insured and trackable carriers (e.g., UPS, FedEx, USPS).

  • A tracking number will be provided once your order has shipped.

  • Signature confirmation may be required upon delivery for security.

3. Shipping Rates

  • Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight, value, and destination.

  • Free standard shipping may be offered on select promotions or minimum order amounts.

4. Delivery Times

  • Standard delivery: 3–7 business days within the continental U.S. (after processing/production time).

  • Expedited options: available at checkout (overnight or 2-day).

  • Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather, or unforeseen circumstances.

5. International Shipping

  • International shipping is available to select countries.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and import fees.

6. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

  • All shipments are insured until confirmed delivered.

  • Royale Jewelers is not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after carrier delivery confirmation.

  • If an issue occurs during transit, we will assist in filing a claim with the carrier.

7. In-Store Pickup

  • Customers may choose in-store pickup at our West Covina, CA location during business hours.

  • A valid ID and order confirmation are required at pickup.

8. Order Changes & Address Accuracy

  • Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before checkout.

  • Royale Jewelers is not responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
