Online Returns

We want you to love your jewelry. If for any reason you’re not completely satisfied, eligible items may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund or exchange. Items must be unworn, in original condition, and include all packaging.

  • Custom, engraved, and final-sale pieces.
  • Size exchanges available within 14 days when stock allows.
  • Contact us at (626)813-3900 for a return authorization before shipping your item back. Insured shipping is recommended for your protection.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the item is received and inspected.
