• Royale Jewelers is a family-owned and operated business established in 1999.

• All products, services, and website features are provided “as is” and may be updated or discontinued at any time.

• Prices, descriptions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

2. Orders & Payments

• We accept major credit cards, Shopify Payments, and other payment options shown at checkout.

• By placing an order, you confirm that all information provided is accurate and authorized for payment.

• We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order suspected of fraud or unauthorized use.

3. Shipping & Delivery

• We ship using insured and trackable methods.

• Delivery times are estimates only and may vary based on carrier delays.

• Royale Jewelers is not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our control.

4. Exchanges & Returns

• We do not offer refunds. Exchange only.

• Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of purchase/delivery if items are unworn, in original packaging, and accompanied by receipts/certificates.

• Final sale items: custom jewelry, special orders, engraved/personalized items, body jewelry/earrings, and modified jewelry (resized, altered, etc.).

5. Product Information

• We strive for accuracy in all descriptions, images, and pricing. Minor variations in weight, size, or gemstone appearance may occur.

• Prices for gold, diamonds, and watches may fluctuate based on market conditions.

6. Custom Work & Repairs

• Custom designs, engraving, and restoration services require deposits and are non-refundable.

• Once approved and started, custom work cannot be canceled.

7. Warranty

• Manufacturer warranties apply to select brands (e.g., Swarovski, watches).

• Royale Jewelers’ in-house warranty covers manufacturing defects but not normal wear, accidental damage, or unauthorized alterations.

8. Limitation of Liability

• Royale Jewelers is not responsible for incidental or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of products.

• Our maximum liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.

9. Privacy

• We respect your privacy. Customer information is used only for order fulfillment, communication, and services. For details, see our Privacy Policy.

10. Governing Law

• These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any disputes will be handled in courts located in Los Angeles County, CA.
