Online Exchanges
Exchanges only; no refunds for change of mind. For eligible online purchases, contact us to request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unmodified, not engraved, new and unworn, with original packaging and proof of purchase.
Made-to-order wedding bands are eligible under these conditions when they are unmodified and not engraved. Engraved or altered items are not eligible for a change-of-mind exchange.
A restocking fee may apply to certain products; it is not charged on every exchange. Any applicable amount or rate and the conditions for the fee will be disclosed before purchase.
